The objective of this heuristic research is to identify possible usability problems that may occur for users of the analyzed platforms 15 Peruvian, Mexican, Colombian, and American companies.
Such as Bancolombia, Banco Falabella Colombia, Banorte Móvil (Mexico), Ixhua (Mexico), Clínica Cayetano Heredia (Peru), Houndbox (Colombia), Skechers (Peru), Aitraveltours (Peru), Cyberia Networks (Peru), Yale University (USA) and other cases.

Challenges:
The following question guided my use of different platforms during the days I spent:
"What would a user want to achieve with a website like this?"
All the researchers met after these tasks were completed to determine which findings were most relevant.
My analysis was based on usability fundamentals and heuristics, so that I could provide an explanation that was not based solely on assumptions. Rather, it was based on previous research conducted by user experience experts.
Finally, based on the information collected, we carried out an analysis through a grouping and identification of patterns, complemented by a series of discussions that allowed us to make sense of the different findings.
A crucial finding of our research was that a wide variety of systems suffer from multiple usability problems. Consequently, many of the fundamentals of user-centered design are being overlooked, which can negatively affect the tasks that users must perform within these interfaces.
There are many websites and applications available that do not consider accessibility and inclusion.
Finally, the image of these companies or sites can be affected by the user's experience with these platforms, which is not always optimal.
